1- Click on the user icon at the top of the page

3- Fill in the fields with your information and then click Register
4- You will receive an email using the email you entered in the previous step, to confirm your account

Once you've created your account, an activation email will be sent to the email you used in your registration, all you need to do is click the link.
For your phone number, a verification code will be sent to the phone number you used in your registration, use that code to activate your account.
If you didn’t receive the activation email in your inbox, please check your junk mail or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact our customer support.
If you didn't receive any codes via your phone number, please contact our customer support.

It means that the email you are trying to register with is already used/registered. Simply, click on “Forgot Your Password?”
1. Go to the login page. Tap on Sign in, then click on “Forgot Your Password?”
2. Enter the email associated with your account and click on Reset.
3. An automated email will be sent containing a link to reset your new password.
4. Click on the link, and your new password should include letters, numbers and symbols.
5. Now you can log into your account successfully after resetting your password. Remember, keep your information safe!

1- If the purchase was made through a phone number, the code will appear on the screen immediately, it will be sent to your phone's message box, and it will also be available in the transaction history in the drop-down menu of your account.
2- If the purchase was made using a Visa card or through the wallet, the code will appear on the screen immediately, it will be sent to your registered email address on our website, and it will also be available in the "transaction history" from the drop-down menu under the tab in your account.

According to our usage policy:
E-Vouchers and Cards reviewed from your account or were delivered via email or a message on a mobile phone, are NOT refundable or exchangeable under any circumstances, unless it has a manufacturing defect from the original resource.
